Raipur : Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Bhupesh Baghel has been arrested before his convoy could reach Janjgir where he intended to wave black flag to PM Modi.
Baghel led the congress convoy that started from Raipur in black attire and himself drove a black vehicle.
